We accept payments through Paypal and/or Personal Checks; payment is expected within three days of purchase. Personal checks are welcome but will need to clear before delivery. We strongly believe that communication is the key to successful business transactions, please contact us with any concerns.
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped appropriately wrapped. Shipping will be next day after payment has cleared (except Sundays). We ship mostly US POSTAL SERVICE, Mon-Sat, excluding Holidays. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Our pleasure is to know that you are delighted with your purchase. We always try to describe the items as best we can, however if for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange it. Please, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order BEFORE returning your item. E-mail us including the order number and the description of the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
PLEASE NOTE: The item must be returned INTACT and UNUSED; in the same condition it was received. All tags, cards, boxes and pouches must be included with the return.
- The Item must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Please pack items into a sturdy box to prevent damage. For added security we recommend that you insure your package as well.
